At Diamond Floorings we pride ourselves on offering a full and professional service, we like our customers to be fully informed of the processes involved in your purchase and fitting, so that we can make sure all of your requirements are met or exceeded – which is why we are happy to publish it on our website; we want our customers to be informed all the way through. We have built our business on providing exceptional customer care and expert advice. What’s more we have nothing to hide with our open and honest pricing so you can rest assured you know exactly where you stand when you deal with Diamond Floorings.

  • Initial customer enquiry

    Simply give us a call on 01233 500000 where our sales team will be happy to discuss your flooring needs or why not pop into our family run independent showroom for a cup of tea and a chat where you will receive free flooring advice and tips.

  • Free no obligation quotation

    One of our estimating team, usually our Head Estimator George (who has been in the flooring trade for over 40 years), will visit your property to take measurements and discuss your requirements. We can also bring samples to you if you are unable to get into the showroom.

  • Choosing your flooring products

    There are so many different types of flooring on the market it can sometimes be a minefield narrowing your selection, let alone choosing your final design. Diamond Floorings will help and advise you through the selection process. We have an extensive range and are happy to provide multiple quotations based on different flooring.

  • Our price promise

    We believe in open and honest pricing which is why we promise you will receive a full and detailed written quotation, usually within 24 hours, which will show everything you are buying so you know exactly what you are getting for your money. Diamond Floorings check our prices are competitive, especially for the quality of materials we use, but we will also match, if not beat, any like for like quotation!

  • Thank you for your order!

    Once you have chosen your flooring and are happy with our price the next step is to process your order. Diamond Flooring aim to install your flooring WITHIN 2 WEEKS of placement of order. Once your deposit is paid and we have a delivery date confirmed we can get you booked into our diary.

  • Book your fitting

    We understand our customers are busy people and cant wait in all day for our fitters to turn up which is why Diamond Floorings will endeavour to book in a time and date that suits you, our fitters can even call when they are on route.

  • Your opinion matters

    We are proud the majority of our work is built on customer referrals, recommendations and repeat business – I guess it means we must be doing something right?  Customer feedback is most important to us; we mould our business around it and have made many positive changes over the years simply by listening to our customers. Once we have installed your lovely new floor we ask that you kindly leave us some feedback. We take our professional reputation very seriously and your feedback is highly valued and helps us to continue to improve our service to you.

  • Installation by professionals

    Then, at a time to suit you, we will deliver your new flooring, safely and gently move furniture*... Then, wait for it… REMOVE AND RECYCLE* the old flooring, all without you having to lift a finger! Our team of highly skilled professional fitters will then install your beautiful new flooring, clean up any excess, replace your furniture and even HOOVER once complete - leaving everything immaculate! (*if required, additional services may be chargeable)
